THE CASHIER WAS GREAT..GRANNY WAS FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. EVERYONE GO SAY HI TO HER..

Don't know how to review this one exactly. The food has always been great, the staff on the other hand is always changing, so nobody seems to know what's going on. I really hope they get things fixed so the location doesn't have to shut down.

Food was OK, but not great. It was late at night when I visited

Excellent service at lunch time employees were friendly I made a mistake on my order and forgot to ask for no mustard no ketchup add lettuce and mayo but they took it as though it was a mistake on their part and gave me a whole free Burger. I'll definitely be back at this Wendy's in the future. If you're near the airport and you just got in or you're going out and need a quick stop definitely stop at this Wendy's

Sandwich was good, but the fries were lacking. However, the chocolate Frostie never disappoints!

This Wendy's is very good If you have picky people & kids they'll make sure your order is right if you let them know.

We decided to stop in to eat so we could get refills on our drinks. As soon as i walked in, it smelled like dirty wet dog and there was water and mud on the floor. I couldn't tolerate the smell so i opted to go through the drive thru instead. It was speedy service that way and the food was great. The state of the inside was very unusual for them. May have been having a rough night.

If it were up to me I'd eat Wendy's everyday! Some people ,like my wife might ask why would you pick Wendy's everyday.... And I would simply respond to this as though I had been talking to my wife..... Have you had Wendy's fresh and never frozen burgers? And have you even bothered with the chilly, those everyday freshly made salads???? And follows the conclusion.... I rest my case! so what are you waiting for go by your local Wendy's tomorrow for lunch or dinner enjoy the wonderful atmosphere in the courteous staff and of course the great food.

Manager was super nice to my son and offered him a new cookie sundae on the house. Food was good and service was very nice. Cashier was also very polite.

Had lunch here today. The service was slow, but once the food came it was pretty good. The manager offered us free frosties for having to wait so long, which was nice. I can only give 3 stars. Men's room was not clean and was out of paper towels, no coke in drink dispenser, trash cans were overflowing, and staff seemed unorganized. Place is understaffed. However, they were friendly and apologetic. Manager was very nice. This place could be better if they had more help. That's probably no one's fault.

If you're looking for a place to grab food quickly on your lunch break from work I wouldn't choose this location. More often than not there's a crowd and the staff seem overloaded.

Wendy’s is usually my favorite place to eat. I was here on 9/21/2019. I do not live here but was visiting. I came through after nine pm. The drive through person was red headed. I was very disappointed. She kept acting as if she could not understand the word cookie. But she had understood the rest of my order. Then she asked me to pull up for a grilled chicken sandwich. She did not give my debit card back. I had to ask for it. Then she giggled when she handed it to me. Then I proceeded to wait for twenty minutes in the drive through. This is ridiculous.I hope the owner sees this and I will make sure that I won’t stop here again. There was only one vehicle behind me and one customer inside. The fries were not freshly made. I do not usually complain but this was ridiculous. She is not a good representation of the Wendy’s name.

Fast services was provided by great staff. Everything was well organised. Food was good.

Breakfast baconnator is awesome

It was Hot and Delicious, there was a customer complaint , that he didn't receive the correct change back,,, might want to keep an eye on that, he said he gave 10.00 and .50...she gave the change from the .50 and kept the dollar. The bill was 9.27 or something like that...He was TICKED and I probably would have made them call somebody to get it STRAIGHTENED out... a dollar is a dollar and if it's my dollar I want it in my pocket,, other than that, everyone was friendly and it was full and clean

Went on cold night for chili at 8 and they were sold out. Very disappointing.

The new breakfast menu was great along with the service.

I had to decline eating here today after watching employees handling the food without gloves. Not a single employee was wearing gloves.

This is the second time I've gone thru the drive thru and they've forgotten something. It's usually the frosties. Which they forgot again tonight, plus a potato and chili. The people weren't friendly at all. In fact they barely spoke to me. I did finally get and apology when whom I'm guessing was the manager. Not sure I'm up to giving them a 3rd chance.

Food was good, service was great! The manager gave my boys free cookies because they were in basketball uniforms. Then he gave another little girl a cookie who was in a cheerleader uniform. I like the little things. Plus they were playing gospel throughout the store.

The workers there are wonderful and the food is always fresh and hot.

By far the worst fast food I have ever had.

Got a biggie bag and asked for only cheese and ketchup. Left and checked the bag. Had everything as I thought since my receipt was incorrect. Returned and asked for a replacement and was given a pitiful excuse for a burger...it took them all of 5 seconds to produce me a burger with cold unmelted cheese and not even room temperature patties and the sad excuse for crumbled of bacon...Asked for my money back. Not an apology nor a compensation for the inconvenience. Won't be returning

This is one of the worst fast food establishments I’ve ever been to. I dread going to this location, however it’s one of the few places to eat near my work. Every single time I break down and go, I spend nearly half of my break in their inefficient drive thru. Almost every single time I go, you don’t even know if they have gotten your order because half of the time someone is there to take your order and the other half of the time, once you order there is no response. The food isn’t that great at this location, but I would expect nothing less based on how well they preform taking orders and handing food out. I’m not sure if it’s just laziness, incompetence or a combination, but it’s just absolutely ridiculous and I’m surprised this location is still in business. Figure it out and just do your job.

Just went through drive thru, at 10:25. Parking lot was empty of customers,only drive thru cars. We sat 15+ min in line for food. I was asked 3 times what kind sauce. And ordered chocolate frosty.get my frosty it's vanilla,their chocolate was down,as always at this time.never bothered to let me know till handed it to me. Get home and there's no dam sauce for ten Nuggets after him asking me 3 times!!

Extremely sanitary, friendly staff, and descent fast food. This location is by far the best around. You might have to wait for freshness, but definitely worth the wait!

The politeness of the young workers was refreshing.

Quick and easy. Got all our orders correct, and some of my family are very particular.

Good burger chili ahh so so but I don't like alot of beans lol

Service at front counter was great but the Jr bacon cheeseburgers I ordered had hardly any bacon at all.

Tried the gravy and bisquits , very salty, it could of been the sausage in the gravy . Potatoes was great.

Older store, but still good food. If I had been hungrier, I would have tried the chicken with bacon and avocado. It looks really good 😊

The burger was just okay but I really enjoyed the chili. Was extra good today. Seemed very fresh.

Breakfast was not good. We threw it away and went to Cracker Barrel.

Bathrooms are absolutely disgusting. The gas station, across the way, had better bathrooms. Soda was spilled all over the floor @ 2pm. Rush hour was over.

Bad service!! Rude people ketchup wasn't filled up when they were like 8 people working!! “Shirley” took our order and was very rude. I got a kids meal and I said I wanted fries and she said fries doesn’t come with a kids meal when it’s on the menu with sides unearthed the kids section on the menu. Shirley didn’t have good work ethics and really made my Wendy’s experience not the best at all. I won’t be back on the Flagship Drive road off the highway in Kingsport tn..

This store is not close to much, they wouldn't have to try hard to do well. Yet they consistently put in extra effort. I can't explain why it's better other than the employees seem like they actually care. GREAT JOB!

I only got chilly to go love there chilly.
